I am excited to introduce you to the art of Oriental Dance (commonly referred to as Bellydance)! In each class you can expect to learn a variety of foundational moves with clear break downs. We will work on conditioning the body and sequencing movements into combinations. You will also learn about the music and culture of the dances from the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey. Attending an online class gives you flexibility to attend from wherever you like. You just need an internet connection and device. The limited access recordings make it possible for you to take (or even repeat!) the class at your convenience.

Jasmine is so much fun and talented. It’s amazing to watch her moves as I try to copy them! I’m definitely sweating like I’m on an elliptical but it is 100000% more fun! She’s got an amazing personality and I find myself smiling and laughing as wiggle my way though the steps:)

I have truly been enjoying all the classes and all the moves, but I believe the figure 8’s and the waves were my favorite so far! I look forward to these classes every week and last night I really felt comfortable in my own skin with the moves! I felt like the sensual, sexy part of me that has been hidden behind illness and being too drained to move for so long is back! Not only is my body healing, but this class is healing a part of me I had forgotten about! I enjoyed every moment and I look forward to next week’s class....and future classes! I’m getting my sexy back one class at a time!
