Interested
in taking lessons one-on-one or in a small group? Want to
choreograph your own dance but need help? Having difficulty
fitting in our classes to your schedule? Whether a beginner
seeking the comforts and convenience of learning from home
or a current student wanting to receive specialized attention,
private lessons are an excellent option.
Private
lessons are excellent because they are suited for you--they
are based on your schedule, your dance level, and your goals.
Making your sessions a success only takes three steps!

1st
Assess Your Goals
Do
you want to work on a particular skill set or learn a choreography?
Is your aim to have fun, develop a hobby, or become a professional?
Make sure to keep your goals realistic, set aside time for
practice, and keep me informed of what you want to accomplish
in your lesson(s).

2nd Schedule a Time
Your session, whether once or recurring, is set at a time
agreed on by you and me. At that time, I ask that you provide
me with a $20 deposit per scheduled lesson. The deposit
goes toward your payment--the remainder of which is due
when services are rendered. All lessons will take place
at my personal dance space DWJ HQ.
If a larger space is required or you prefer to have me travel
to your home, additional fees will apply. Studio rental
fees are due at the time of booking or at the beginning
of the month for recurring lessons. Traveling fees are due
when services are rendered. For fee and scheduling information

Show Up!
Your session starts at the time we agree upon, even if you
are late. In fact, I recommend that you arrive early and
warm up so that we can get straight to work on your lesson.
I also recommend that you make time for practicing between
lessons. Consider taking a session with a friend or small
group (additional fees apply) so that you have others to
motivate you to rehearse.
Cancellation
policy: In the event you need to cancel, please call
me at 901.604.6455 (do not email!). Leave a message if I
am unable to take your call. A 24 hour notice is
required for cancellation or re-schedule in order to receive
a full refund of your deposit. Studio rental fees are non-refundable
once booked. In the event that I need to cancel our appointment,
I will refund your deposit in full.
By
booking a private session, you consent to the booking and
cancellation terms detailed above.
