Ahlan O Sahlan! (Welcome!)

Once you learn the moves of this ancient art form you won't be able to stop dancing. I continue to benefit not only physically but also from the increased self-confidence that Mid-East dance provides. Since receiving a dance degree from the University of Memphis in 2001, I have sought to share my passion for movement with individuals just like you. In order to make your bellydance experience a safe and enjoyable one, please exercise caution. As you would with any fitness program, you should consult your physician prior to beginning bellydancing. Once again, Welcome! I look forward to bringing a taste of the Middle East to you!
